How do I measure myself to get the right size?

To find your best fit, measure both your:

1. Waist – Measure around the narrowest part of your torso.
2. Legs – Measure where your underwear would sit.

Once you have your measurements, compare them to our size chart to determine the best fit. If you’re between two sizes, we recommend not sizing up, to ensure a great seal at the legs and waist. If you are looking to pads the diaper up for a thick nighttime use, sizing up should be fine.
